Goals

I am not one for “resolutions”, I do like to set goals for my life though, sort of on-going guidelines to strive towards.
1) Be a nicer person
In general, I am quite friendly, I truly believe a smile can change the world… when I was working, I was probably the only one on my team who knew and chatted with the maintenance staff, when I spent that time in the hospital, I chatted with all the nurses, all the cleaning staff, other patients… I love learning about people. I can, however, be really mean at times… there are some really stupid and ignorant people in the world and I have precious little tolerance for stupidity! So, I am going to try really hard to be nice to “everyone”, including telemarketers that call at 9pm on a Sunday!
2) Be active
Having kids is not a reason to become an unhealthy ball of lard! Nuff said.
3) Early morning meditation
Mornings are amazing, and especially the really early morning is great for spiritual enlightenment, and I think this act makes life clearer and easier to handle.
