My kid, now part of the paparazzi

So, back in October, I saw this very cool kiddy gadget advertised, and I thought that my kids would totally LOVE this thing! I convinced the mousehunter to check it out at Toysrus and I was naive enough to think that this ‘toy’ could not be more that $40…

Needless to say we came home empty handed!!

But, all was not lost… these kids have grandparents!!! Yes, my friends, you need to know how to use those people creatively… I dropped a line here and there about the camera, and I said “oh, look how much they love my camera, how cute they are with it!” Need I say more?

It was sold out in stores, so we got it on ebay. The 2 year old is obsessed with it… he has taken out about 200 photos thus far… The 4 year old likes it, but is waiting for some “cool things” to take photos of!

Totally recommend this product, kids ages 3 to 6 will enjoy it!

oh yes! I agree wholeheartedly! My two 4 yr olds got these for Christmas. Seeing the world through their eyes has been so much fun!

I know eh Cakes, and I think that it also helps them to be more creative as well. I totally love seeing their expressions after the take the pics, they are just so proud of their work! too cute.

I know eh Suroor… I was SHOCKED to learn about the price, but I generally don’t buy to many toys for the kids, so I really have little idea what the prices are like.

My kids would love something like this. My husband would never pay full price for it.  I may just have to start checking for it on ebay or craiglist, I hadn’t thought about that.  Maybe then they will leave mine alone.  I’m so nervous they will break it.

surviving, I would say give it a few months and then look for it, they were sold out for christmas and are back in stock in march. we wanted it earlier because we are going on vacation soon and I thought it would be great for the kids. but I would say once it readily available you may be able to get a cheaper price.

wayfarer… I am sure it will still be around… kids LOVE it!! It is really cooool!
