Paprika Chicken & Fried Rice

You know, I was starting to run out of ideas, so I had to resort to cooking sites. This meal was really simple and very, very tasty! I recommend you try either the official version or my version.
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (cut into pieces)
paprika
cilantro
onions
garlic
curry

Guidelines:
In a saucepan, heat up a little oil and saute the chopped onions and crushed garlic
Season the chicken with a generous sprinkling of paprika, 1 tbsp of curry, and cilantro, salt, pepper to taste
Add the chicken into the pot and mix well
Cook chicken on medium heat, adding water when required, until the meat is cooked
Served with fried rice and fresh salad. The fried rice was made with carrots, broccoli, red peppers, cilantro… all chopped into tiny pieces and cooked in sesame oil. Kids LOVED the meal, and actually finished it!!! ![]()
