Pakistani Beef Kima

Week 7, Day 4

My cousin’s house was about an hour away from the resort, so we were invited to dinner one night. She served a Pakistani dish called Kima, and although I did ask for her recipe, we just had so much fun laughing and chatting that we totally forgot about it.

So, of course, being the resourceful person that I am, I found a Kima recipe just for you!
