Lamb Lomein
Week 8. Day 2

With the leftover lamb that I had from the previous meal, I decided to just slice it up and add it to some noodles!
Ingredients:
Lamb strips (leftovers work great)
Noodles
Hoisin sauce
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
garlic
broccoli
Guidelines:
In a medium sized saucepan, heat up a little olive oil and add in crushed garlic
Saut� the chopped broccoli, and add in the lamb strips
Add the Hoisin sauce
Add a few drops of sesame oil
Add in the noodles
Add enough water for the noodles to cook, and then drizzle soy sauce over it and mix well
Add salt and pepper to taste
Remove once the noodles are cooked
I know, I know… I am kind of cheating, but you know how it is the week after you’re back from vacation!
