Lamb & Kai's Sweet Potatoes

Week 8, Day 1

My blog buddy Kai suggested that home-style fries made with sweet potatoes are yummy, so I decided to give it a try!

It was really yummy, my husband loved it, but the kids still didn’t :( I will make it again though! thanks Kai!

Indian Fried Lamb

Ingredients:
Shan Fry Lamb seasoning (which I cannot find, please email me if anyone knows where I can find it online)
Lamb steaks

Guidelines:

This is so totally simple, I just marinated the lamb steaks with the seasoning and a little olive oil
Since I hate to fry stuff, I just baked the lamb in a dark colored baking dish until cooked

Oh no!  That’s too bad your kids still wouldn’t go for them. Maybe mine are easily tricked! (lol)

You know, I’ve never made lamb before – it somehow seems difficult, but you make it sound so easy!  I might have to try one day.
