Beef and Spinach Rolls
If you want to disguise your spinach, then this is the dish for you! Yummy spinach with beef.
Day 3, Week 16

I tried to make a video with for this dish, but there was constant kiddy chatter in the background… and I thought, ok, I’ll just voice-over it… riiight… you can guess how that went! ![]()
Ingredients:
spinach
thinly sliced beef
Montreal steak seasoning
soy sauce
herbs
olive oil
Guidelines:
Marinate the beef with a little olive oil, herbs, Montreal steak sauce, pepper to taste, for about half hour
Line the beef with spinach, and then roll the beef (so that the spinach is wrapped in the beef
Bake the rolls in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 1/2 hours, or until cooked
I sliced the rolls and served over rice, and with greens… even kids loved it. Simple and yummy!
