A yummy chick!
Day 1, Week 4

So… this, my friends, is the best chicken ever! Like, ever! If you try just one of these dishes, try this one!
Ingredients:
Botanica Chicago Chicken seasoning (I cannot find it on the net, I got it from Costco) It is a new company in Montreal, Canada.
Actually… now I am sad, because I cannot find it on the net, and that is what made the chicken so good!! I did find this which may work…
ok, back to the other ingredients
garlic plus
lemon pepper seasoning
paprika
soy sauce
1 whole chicken, cut in half
Guidelines:
Place the 2 halves of chicken into a glass, baking dish
Season generously with the Chicago Chicken seasoning and paprika
Sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning over the chicken
Add the soy sauce (to taste… it is salty), and drizzle olive oil over everything, and cover with foil
Put in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for half hour
After half hour, take it out of the oven, turn over the chicken, sprinkle garlic plus over, drizzle some of the chicken juices over top, and put it back into the oven, without the foil, for another half hour or until cooked
Served with rice and beans.
