You have 3 kids?

For the first time last night we went to an event with all 3 kids and no backup family helpers!

Overall, I would say it was pretty successful… no injuries, nothing lost, and at least their pants remained on for the whole night!

It was the wedding of a friend. I was happy to be able to socialize a little, although the most frequently asked question was… so you have 3 kids?? and how do you manage?? Don’t get me wrong, I was not fed up of it, or mind the questions, but after a while I just did not know what to say and just kinda made facial expressions!

Having 3 kids is difficult, well challenging, but people have much more and they manage, and some people have only 1 and struggle.

My eldest was great, he loved every moment, he ate well, he drank well, he ran well, he spoke to everyone, he had cake at 11:30pm! And when he got in the car at midnight, he asked to watch a movie once he got home! (Of course, that did not happen)

My 2 year old was ok at first, taking a queue from his big brother, I asked him if he wanted his milk and he said “no, big boy!”, and went on eating his samosa. However, as the evening went on, he was less of a “big boy”, and more of a “terrible two” year old. He screamed for we don’t know what (milk), ran from side to side, wanted mummy, no, I mean daddy, no, maybe he just wanted to lie on the floor… There was no end of dramas with him, but overall, he was mostly good and did have fun playing with his brother.

My baby was cranky ALL day… he just wanted me to hold him for the entire day so I was very skeptical about taking him out. He was asleep when we got there, and then when he did open his eyes, he screamed his poor little head off… He was quite a handful…

First time moms would have been really stressed, but as you know I have 3 kids…
