The joy of cup-caking!
I have written about Zalita before, and I am sure that you’d agree, her cupcakes are completely AMAZING! She is clearly one extremely talented woman! Seriously people, who else can craft out an old singer sewing machine and scissors out of icing (or icing-ish substance) to decorate a cupcake?
I was asked if I could feature a tutorial of how to make her cupcakes, so I asked her and she graciously agreed to show us how to make the very cute shoes!
So, enjoy! And please, if you try it, send me some pics!!
1.using the butterfly cutter cut out your shape in colour of choice.
2.with your fingers or a sharp craft tool fashion the shoe to your desired choice ex.pointy toed shoes
3.place the heel on something to give it height,i use a small pot of colour it all depends on how high u wish your shoe to be leave this to dry.
4. shape your heel using your fore finger and thumb remember to give it a base to fit the shape of the heel.
5 cut out the desired strap, you can design any type look at my heels cupcake for ideas or use your own imagination.
6. stick them on with petal or tylos glue and set them to dry.
