speedlinking.If you are ever in T.O., you should visit Milestones because they have this really good dessert, which I forget the name of at the moment, but its something with dark chocolate, caramel and some type of crushed up nuts – torte something – everyone should really try it!
If you are ever going to be visiting Egypt, please take me!!

I am going to try cooking Pasticcio, never mind the fact that I can’t even pronounce it!
And here is a little bit of my kickboxing class, which I swear is the best thing in my life right now!
This is NOT me… it’s my kids’ teacher – she is 15!
Note: I can’t do what she does! BUT, I did manage a “jump” with my kicks yesterday, and my teacher said to me “great kicks!” hahah. She is actually my sons’ teacher, she was just hanging out in our class.
Oh wow! I wish I could do that! It may help if I actually made the effort to attend the KB lessons… ahem.

umm, no dude… there is no way i can do that! that’s my kids’ teacher.
Wow! yeah these classes are extremely fun and empowering and a great work-out!
I love it! My trainer has been trying to convince me to do regular boxing (not kick boxing) but there is too much co-ordination involved for my liking. Gold star for you for doing it. Next vid MUST be of you though

And I’m not entirely sure how to pronounce it myself--kind of like “gyros” where I feel like an idiot every time I go to order one.
I think it’s “past-E-kee-o” But I’m sure someone else will leave a comment calling me out on it. I could be wrong.
