Once upon a time…
I adamantly insisted that no baby of mine would ever have fries…

Nor would ever taste soda…

And certainly not ice-cream…

I stand corrected!
The end.

Aww… Shaz, if you let your baby’s hair grow any longer, he’ll look like a cute little girly! Right now, he looks like a cute little Beatle. ![]()
I know!! hahahaha my sisters were calling him a little Beatle last nite actually! but see, he’s DEATHLY afraid of hair!! i kid you not! every time he gets a hair cut he screams like someone is killing him… we just haven’t had the emotional strength to deal with that lately!
I really remember saying similar things myself. I was good about sticking to it with the first one. By the time the third one came along I’d pretty much given up on it all, haha!
Weren’t we all perfect parents before we had children! LOL! How boring for the poor children if we were.
With the first one, we managed, actually I managed to keep away the pop/fries/candy/chocolate/peanut butter until she was much older. With the second one, what can I say? She has had all of those and plus! Hey, he looks adorable mashallah with his hair, my kids are also scared of having haircuts, I think they think its so important, like a limb or something and cutting it would hurt, ehehehehe, the oldest has outgrown that fear but the youngest, well, we are managing. Isn’t it funny how grandparents are the ones who let the kids do what parents wouldn’t let them do? Like feeding them ice-cream and chocolate? My mom says that she can *spoil* them coz they are HER grandchildren, hehehee :D
ahhhh, your baby is so ADORABLICIOUS, mashaAllah!
and i know it’s bad, but i really must give you a big ol’ HIGHFIVE for the french fries. seeing as how i’m obsessed with french fries myself, i love that you’re a mom who won’t deny ‘em to her children. =)
