On too little sleep and too many kids

All during the summer, I had heard the rumors about Fall being extremely busy for entrepreneurs, and boy were they right! It’s a really good think that we had that 10 days of adventure at the end of summer!
I never expected to be as busy as I am right now; at this point I am practically attached to my computer; I think I am averaging about 4 hours of sleep per night, and last night I slept from 4am until 6am.
So… it’s extremely challenging to be me at this particular moment! I am generally the type to embrace a challenge, and I am at my best when I have work that I enjoy, but I think that I am on the verge (I am not sure that verge is the right word) of “too much”. It’s completely my own fault though, lack of efficient time management skills maybe? Or just inexperience when it comes to momtrepreneurship?
I have to be very careful that this does not turn into a rant, so let me just say this… I am swearing a lot more these past few weeks, and a teeny, tiny bit worse than my usual choices...

Shaz dearest, I am worried about you. Please don’t push yourself to the breaking point. It’s not worth it. Try to lessen your load(s) as much as possible (even if it means not taking any new business for a minute)...to get yourself together, get some sleep and take care of you.
Even in doing what you love, balance is key.
I don’t know how you do it, really.
I agree with Maliha - take it easy and slow down. It could be poor time management but it could just as very well be too much on your plate.
Can you take a break for a short while? Relax and get down with the children to play for a bit. Any break no matter how small is a blessing.
I didn’t mean it to sound like you have poor time management, I just meant to say that it could be that there is so much to do and not enough time to do it, rather than a problem with you managing the time you have.
get some sleep dear, it’s important for you to be healthy and strong. the hours between 10 and 2 are important for your body but after 2 is fine but not for too many days in a row.
