Awww
Do you love me?

Yesh!!

5 year old: Can we go downstairs? I am HUNGRY!!
Me: Ummm, yeah, ok, in a second
Mousehunter: Why do you look like you didn’t get any sleep?
Me: Ummm, I don’t know, I feel like that
5 year old: Guys? Can we go downstairs?
Me: Ummm, yeah, ok, in a second
5 year old: Oh man! I wish we had a chef!

1) The balls will weigh more than the kids, so make sure they don’t try to run with it, surely it will end in disaster!
2) The really little kids will be very tired by around the 7th frame, but it’s all good cuz they will willingly give up their turn to anyone who wants it!
3) The older kids will have a GRAND time, and ask to play more and more and more!
4) Occasionally, as the adult, you’ll get to play and then you’ll wonder if a strike is really a strike if the rails are up!
5) Kids are really cute when they are bowling, but at some point the task of controlling the whole bunch of them becomes a bit overwhelming, and at that point, it’s a good idea to call it a day!
I actually love bowling, but I haven’t gone a whole lot since I’ve been either pregnant or with a newborn for the past few years, but I think that I am going to make an effort to go because it is a lot of fun!!
3 year old: Mommy, mommy, my hand fell in the toilet!!
Me: What? How did that happen?
3 year old: It just fall in there all by itself!! It just did it!
Sometimes when I make up a story for the kids, I let them add in random words and sentences, and it’s usually very amusing and encourages their creativity and imagination. I thought I would share last night’s story with you…
Once upon a time there were three
3 year old: stars
named
5 year old: Mark,
3 year old: Nanokha (you have to say the “kha” like in Arabic with the grating throaty sound!)
5 year old: Jr.
3 year old: I mean Aunty Nanokha
They were shooting stars that reached the moon. Mark was trying to pass
5 year old: over
the moon, to get to
5 year old: mars
for a umm, star covention, and Aunty Nanokha went
3 year old: under
the moon to get to the
3 year old: greens
greens? to umm, play golf? And then Jr
5 year old: fell out of the sky into the open sea
but how can he get back to the sky?
3 year old: Aunty Nanokha can help him!
OK,
5 year old: the moon can tell her!
so the moon tells Aunty Nanokha to help Jr get out of the open sea
so, umm, she gets a rope, i don’t know how
3 year old: from the rope store
of course! She gets rope from the outer space rope store and then she pulls Jr back into the sky
and then she told him he’s too young to fall into the open sea
and they all live happily every after!
The end.
