Officially 1!

For the past year, my baby has been my favourite!

When he was a newborn, I would just hold him at the end of a long day and he would be my comfort…

Of course, by the time he was 4 months, he was no longer my quiet, sleeping-most-of-the-time, little bundle of joy, he was more like the curious, life-size toy that I brought home for my other kids to poke and prod!

When he was 6 months, oh MashaAllah (what God wills), he was my little roli poli play thing! So, so, very yummy!

Having a third baby is so different from a first and even a second… he can never make me as frustrated as his brothers, and he can always make me laugh! It was lovely. Stressful… but lovely (thank God).

I have to say though, that it’s my opinion that kids are most difficult between the ages of 1 and 2… It is when they can walk, run, climb, and SCREAM when things don’t go their way! It is much more challenging that the infant period, so my little darling could possibly be booted out of first place??
